오이에 칼집을 넣어 소금물에 절인 다음 고기, 버섯, 달걀지단 등으로 소를 채워 넣고 단촛물을 끼얹어 내는 음식이다.

Lightly salted cucumbers scored and stuffed with sauteed beef, mushrooms, and egg garnish and dressed with a tangy vinaigrette sauce.




소고기편채

소고기를 얇게 썰어 찹쌀가루 옷을 입혀 구운 뒤 생채소를 돌돌 말아 겨자소스에 찍어 먹는 음식이다. 소고기 부위에 따라 안심편채 또는 등심편채라고도 한다.

Sliced beef coated with sweet rice powder and pan-fried until crisp. Shredded vegetables are wrapped in the beef and dipped in a soy-mustard sauce. Called deungshim pyeonchae (beef sirloin and vegetables) or anshim pyeonchae (beef tenderloin and vegetables) according to the beef cut.
