장조림

jang jorim

쇠고기나 돼지고기 살코기를 큼직하게 토막 내어 물, 간장, 설탕, 마늘 등을 넣고 조린 음식이다. 먹을 때는 고기를 결대로 찢어 간장 국물을 끼얹어 낸다.

삼계탕
