순대

돼지 곱창에 당면, 채소, 찹쌀, 선지 등을 섞어 양념한 소를 채워 넣고 수증기에 찐 음식이다. 오징어순대, 찹쌀순대, 병천순대, 아바이순대 등 종류가 다양하다.

Pork intestines stuffed with glass noodles, vegetable, sweet rice, coagulated pig blood (seonji) and teamed. Variations include ojingeo sundae (stuffed squid) and chapssal sundae (sweet rice sundae). This Korean blood sausage also comes in regional variations such as Byeongcheon or Abai sundae.

뚝배기불고기
ttukbaegi bulgogi

간장 양념장에 잰 쇠고기를 뚝배기에 담고 육수를 넉넉하게 부어 탕처럼 끓인 음식이다. 당면을 함께 익혀 건져 먹기도 한다.
